Help with Amazon Flash Server AMI

I have installed the Flash Media Server via the Amazon AMI provided. All seems to be working until I try to login. I have setup the users according to the documentation in the fms.ini file and also from command line. Is there any support person that can help me with this? I need help trying to login to the web admin console of the Flash Media Server.

I have been trying to figure this out for a week and no luck. Please let me know if you can help me.

Also how do I get the license information for this Amazon AMI?

For License information you can use the 'getLicenseInfo' API.

Shiven,

Thank you for the email. I tried the command

/opt/adobe/fms/fmsadmin –console –user newadmin

with an 8 character password and I still cannot login. Is there

something I am doing wrong? I keep getting login attempt failed.

Please help.

Thank you it seemed to work after I made sure that the password was 8 character and the users.xml file had the username I was adding.
