I'm currently searching for a host that provides dedicated servers to host flash media server.
I do not want to go with any of the CDN's or specialist flash host sides as I think their prices are a bit extortionate. I have come across http://www.fasthosts.co.uk/dedicatedservers/. my question is do their specs fit what i need to host FMS.

I am not sure why a specialized FMS hosting is expensive. Depends on your needs. If you rent a dedicated server, you will still need to buy FMS, install it, maintain it, etc.

The hosting you are looking at has "10240 Kbps data pipe (usually 512 Kbps)".. you need to calculate your needs.

You might be better using an FMS hosting for a month or two, in order to get some real-world figures on demand, bandwidth, etc. Then you could look for a dedicated server that meets the demand if the FMS hosting proves to be expensive.
