High quality local encoding

Hi,

I'm using Flash Media Live encoder to encode a stream and send it to Flash Media Server so that I can view it live (and DVR, using dvrcast_origin). This part is working fine. What I would like to do is also record a high quality version locally and save it to disk. If I simply check the "Save to file" checkbox, it only saves the low-quality stream. If I add a second stream of much higher quality, it's also sent to the server and I don't have the bandwidth for that.

Is there a way to accomplish what I want?
