HLS & HDS playback issue with MacBook and iOS devices

We are getting issue with both HLS and HDS playback on Apple Devices. We wanted to play the .mp4 files as VOD.

The same is working on Windows desktop, mobile devices, Android phones. But HLS is not playing in iPhones, it loads the entire stream/segments in buffer then plays. And in case of MacBook, HDS stream on Strobe Media Player plays only audio; screen goes black and sometimes shows green blocks.

We are at AMS 5.0.3.
