HLS streaming died after switching from audio only encoding to both video & audio encoding in FMLE v3.2

F4M streaming still seems to be working ..with the video and everything.. and when i try my .m3u8 URL, it's completely dead. I'm opening my HLS streaming URL directly on Safari.

Is this a known issue? Has anybody experienced this before?

I have tried following to no avail:

- Invalidated HLS streaming URL path from edge locations

- Restarted AMS from admin console

- Restarted FMLE

- Spent 4+ hrs googling for any relevant info

What are the things i can do to reproduce and narrow down the root cause? Please advise..
