Hello! How can I connect internet-camera to fms?
Flash media encoder works only with local video devices as it seems to me. So, the problem is to encode video stream from internet-camera and to direct this stream to FMS instance.
The only way to get connection with internet-camera is to use network (no usb adn so on).

you can try Flash media encoder if you don't need a dynamic access to your webcam:

I need live video webcast. So, dynamic access to the camera is the main aim.

sorry for bad answer, I read to fast your first topic...

internet camera have their own web server and CPU include in the box so I think you should forget to publish directly to FMS... If you need only streaming video you can save the stream with your internet camera, convert it to flv with ffmpeg and stream via FMS. As I read, what you need is a real live video solution... you can look at On2 SDK. Depending on your budget/time you should consider to try something else.

Can you post your camera brand...
