how can we give database connectivity to any application using flash media server 4.5?

can anyone please explain it to me

1. How can i give connection to the SQL database  to any application that uses fms 4.5 as server.

i know we have to use asc files at server side which is practically javascript 1.5 but which platform i should use to create and debug it??

can we create its executable file or something that we can put in root directory? if we don't want to put exact code there??
