How do I get a working LiveHLSManifest URL on AMS setup on AWS?

To configure the AMS we followed the steps provided by the following documentation:

Unfortunately the resulting installation did not fully work, since we are able to upstream the data to the server, but we are not able to get the downstream.

We repeated the process and the result was always the same: no errors on logging, but the outputs of CloudFormation show an URL for the LiveHLSManifest that returns a 404 Not Found error.

We need to configure JWPlayer on our websites to present live streamings, and this URL seems to be absolutely necessary for us to do that.
