how set fms (rtmfp) to work with cometchat

I begging with cometchat and I don't what is fms (rtmfp) but I just know it can make video chat at comechat works.

Could you tell the detail step, how to set cometchat work with fms? Please look my attachment file http://prntscr.com/95n6de

how could I can get CONNECT URL?
