How to Add more than 3 video bit rate in FMLE 3.2

Hi Team,

I am not able to put more than 3 video bit rates in FMLE 3.2.

only i am able to insert 3 video bit rate and it is working fine when i want to add on or two more video bit rates i am not able to put.

Can you help me in this case.
