How to alter the videoReliability property of RTMFP streams published by the FMS?

It's easy to do on publishing clients, just use:

How do we do it on the FMS? It doesn't appear to be possible according to these docs:

What is the default for the FMS for the audioReliable, dataReliable and videoReliable properties?
