How To attach IP camera

Hi:
i am totally balnked about this how can i attached and stream video of a Ip-Based camera.We have cams which are connected to our network using thr ip address.now we are willing to access these cameras using Flash Media server application and stream thr video on our network so can be access and view able from LAN/WAN.please help me in this regard.thanks
