How to change the EXT-X-VERSION for hls(Flash Media Server 4.5)

hls live streaming for Flash Media Server 4.5 is not running on Android 5.0.2 html5 player.

I think ｔhe cause of that　protocol version 2 HLS playlist using.

so I change the "EXT-X-VERSION" for hls m3u8 file.

please teach me How to change the "EXT-X-VERSION 3" for Flash Media Server 4.5.
