how to configure AMS to change HLS Live content to VOD if the RTMP source stopped

I have a server running adobe media server.

I stream my live feed using HLS Live.

The server got live stream source from flash media live encoder running in windows.

When the PC running FMLE stop streaming, because some network issue, the AMS play with the last live feed it receive from FMLE.

My question is, is there a configuration for AMS to detect if the source it receive stopped,it play some VOD content for show the information about content offline.
