How to create a channel for users to watch the same video contents?

I would like to create a channel by an interactive media server.
When users login , they will watch the same video content with the same screen, just like they are watching TV.
Are there any resource for me to study?
Or anyone can leave me advices?

Please read about server-side action script in FMS. The reference that comes with FMS installer (in documentations folder) would help.

Specifically, Look for server side Stream class and server side stream.play API usage.
