How to fit camera output into .swf file completely?

Greetings,

I'm encoding live video to h.264 using the following tutorial: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/adobe-media-server/articles/encoding-live-video-h264.html

Then, I want to embed the generated SWF into my website. However the result I'm getting is like this:

How can I fit the cam output to cover the .swf entirely (covering all black area)? or there is a pre-built encoder like Flash Media Live Encoder that I can embed on my website?
