How to make a FMS Url?

Okay, I have a website www.voccc.com

and I want to LIVE Stream video to it.

I have adobe flash media Live Encoder

and I have Adobe Premiere CS4.

What else do I need to LIVE Stream

Video to my website?

When I open Media Encoder, I need

a FMS URL, Please explain in great

detail because im lost!! Need answer ASAP.

    To have FMS url first you need to have FLASH MEDIA SERVER. Then your FMLE should be connected to FMS.

    In FMS, create an empty folder called "streamtest" in your apps folder.

    In FMLE in FMS url specify like "rtmp://<whatever your fms ip address is>/streamtest" and then specify a stream name as abc.

    And then start publishing to FMS Server.

    In Flash 8, drag out a video component and specify the stream  as rtmp://(whatever your ip address is)/streamtest/abc

    Be sure that islive property is set to true. Publish and upload to server.

    You should be able to see your fmle stream in the video component if everything works.
