I've already enabled the FMIS:

Please enter your Flash Media Server 3.5.1 serial number.
xxxxxx

Congratulations.  You have enabled the
Adobe Flash Media Interactive Server!

But my own application still fails :

Nov 28 02:10:51 softgoo   Javascript[20450]: Connection rejected   by server. Reason : [ Server.Reject ]   : (defaultRoot, defaultVHost) :   Application (vid2/definst) is not a   valid signed application; loading   access denied.

How to make my own app signed?

Ideally you should not get this message as FMIS supports custom applications. Did you restart your server after entering Serial Key and sorry i know you have already stated it but can you make sure what you have entered is Flash Media Server Interactive Edition key. Also when you enter serial key during installation or after installation.

    I entered the serial key during installation,and I'm sure it's a FMIS key,otherwise I won't get the message:

    Congratulations.  You have enabled the
    Adobe Flash Media Interactive Server!
