How to run Flash Media Server Authentication Add-in?

I have a Adobe Media Server 5.0.3 and I want to auth when publishing with username and password (Flash Media Enconder).

I try using Flash Media Server Authentication Add-in but it not working. I implement the following steps:

i installed adobe flash media live encoder 3.2 on windows8.1 and i installed RTMP on apache web server.Then i am trying to set authentication to RTMP using adobe authentication encoder adds-on but it doesn't work.if i will not give any credential then anybody is

accessing the flash media live encoder.so please give me proper solution as quick as possible.Doomagekevinlynchscferdadoonavitch !
