How to set AMS listen IP address

Hello everyone,

I have a problem in AMS Server.

When I try to connect AMS I get the error netconnection fail, while the AMS in install on the server correctly and when I type Server IP Address on the browser open the main AMS Web page and also I can login in to the AMS Server through "AMS Console web page".

please advise me to solve this issue.
