How to stream live video with a source transmitted by UDP in Adobe Media Server?

I would like to stream live video to play it in any device with html5 support. the source is transmitted by UDP.

I had been working with an Adobe Media Server solution which stream live video to iOS devices, but unfortunately the solution is not working properly lately, so I am looking for another way to achieve it.
