So I can't modify the conf for ams.

Are you using AMS 5.0.5 and later on AWS?

If yes, then you can do that by by doing

    % sudo vi /opt/adobe/ams/conf/ams.ini

I use AMS 5.0.6 on AWS
    but I can't use "sudo"
When I use "sudo", it ask me to type password.
After  type password, it show "sudo: 1 incorrect password attempt"

Well then you should try to recall what password you set when you first logged in into the AMI instance?
