how to wireshark fmg

I'm Hi!
I'm triing to conncet FMG to our gateway.

It is not working, and I tried a lot of combinations in the sip.xml file.

I wanted to get some trace of the sip communication with Wireshark, so I've installed it in the Windows 2008 server, but it is not tracing any kind of sip communication. Not, when I dial, and not when I restart the server. Any idea what am I doing wrong?

( I want to connect to sips: Stuff#[room]@[domain].com . I could connect to it from XLite, but not from FMG so far. )
