HTTP POST with Form data with Load Vars?

Adobe Media Server 5.0.3 * LoadVars class

Can you use this LoadVars class to send a HTTP POST with form data, so as to upload content to Amazon Web Services S3?

If not, is there any other way you can do this with the scripting API?
