HTTP Streaming with no audio

We have setup a brand new FMS 4.5 for http streaming to ios devices. We are feeding the source via rtmp to livepkgr application. Upon digesting the iOS feed via the url below, there is no audio being passed. I can check the stream using the rtmp protocol and there is audio.

Can anyone offer any suggestions of what I need to look at to fix?

What audio codec are you using? iOS supports AAC and MP3 via HLS.

We are using Wirecast to publish the feed. It is published using h.264 and AAC audio over rtmp. Is there a configuration on the FMS that I need to change to set the outgoing codec?
