I accidentaly erase ilustrator while erasing another programs of my computer, is there a way i can download the again? Creative cloud didn't allow me to, it says is already uploaded

I was cleaning my computer because it was so slow and i couldnt use ilustrator and i accidentaly erase it. HELP. I need to do my homework
