I am new to adobe media server trying to figure out why i am getting the not support format from server when i try to verify strean in hls

You're going to need to provide more information. What kind of video are you trying to stream?

If I were to guess I would say though that the stream file is not supported for HLS. File types like AVI, WMV kind of thing won't work.
