I have a 64-bit computer with a 32-bit flash player when windows 10 downloaded? Green screen with Facebook videos

Windows 10 downloaded Adobe Flash Player 32-bit and my computer is a 64-bit?  I get green screens when trying to see Facebook videos and had to download google to get You Tube videos.  How do I change 32-bit to 64-bit when Adobe states you have windows 10 and flash player is already on your computer.  It won't let me in to fix this problem?
