I interrupted the upgrading of muse and it will no longer open up. It's there but not complete.

I hadn't used Muse in a while and opened Abobe Muse, it informed me that it need to be updated along with Adobe Air.  Somehow I interrupted the upgrade and it will no longer open as a program. I am not sure if I should uninstall the program and reinstall it?
