I need a help regarding flash streaming video

Hi...Basically I am flash designer. But now I am working on a site which needs a simple flash streaming video. I am going through many sites but still I did not get any fruitful result. I need this solution very badly. Can anybody help me please?

    In addition to BillMX's comments, you will find if you are not an Actionscript programmer, using the Flash 8 Professional FLVPlayer component makes playing your videos simple. It handles either progressive download (flv stored as a file on your web site) or streaming (flv is streamed from Flash Media Server - FMS).

    Also you need to learn how to encode your videos to flv using the Flash 8 encoder or third party products.

    There are vendors who provide FMS services if you need to go the streaming route instead of progressive download.
