I want to do live netcasting... where do I start

I am very very new to netcasting. What do I need to do first? Where do I go for beginning toots? My needs will be very small audience (24 users) its just a family reunion to broadcast from a 3 camera coverage on location. What equipment  do I need (besides my portable studio gear) and what are the approximate costs?

    If you don't want to host everything yourself, you can use a live streaming service provider. Google can help you there.
