im trying to start my AMS5 server and the service starts then stops imediately???? it was working before a reboot

There is a very good chance that IIS and AMS are conflicting on the port on the IP. It's recommended you use and bind a completely different IP for each IIS and AMS to remove any chance of conflict. You should check your logs to see what the error is.

A good way to check this theory is to stop the IIS service and then start the AMS one. If it starts and doesn't stop, then you have the issue.
