Image uploaded into the Scene7 via its API , not listed in the its folder Structure?

Question

I followed the steps mentioned in the below link to create the image asset in Scene7 , but it’s not coming under any folder and not searchable.

but the file is getting uploaded in Scene7 , Below is the url to access the Image which is uploaded.

API being used is it correct one ?

You've posted in the wrong forum, but to be honest, I have no idea where to move it to as I don't think there is a Scene7 forum.
