Thank you for answers. Really I was able to install FMS thanks to other tip similar to apryan's tips. We also need to patch installFMS. But it is possible and works well.

Thats not entirely true. FMS2 and FMS3 will both work on some 64bit systems provided you link the 32 libs to each binary. Type 'ldd fmsmaster; ldd fmscore; ldd fmsedge' to find out if your binaries are finding the correct 32 bit libs. Also note that you need nspr which is a mozilla package installed. Do a search on this thread for more helpful hints.
