I am really new at this forum thing and am quite an amateur when it comes to computers, I am taking some classes, so please be patient with my ignorance when it comes to computers You Tube, Ehow, or any kids web sights(for my kids),ie:PBS; continuously freezes. I just recently bought a Samsung RV511. When I first started using it adobe worked just fine but only for about a month and now I don't remember changing anything. The only advice I have gotten was that I should back up and restore my computer. I have not done this because I am not sure exactly what it will affect. I have backed up my computer to a external hard drive but that is as far as I have gotten. I am leery of proceeding. I thought I would try the forum route before spending who knows how much to have my local Computer Nerds(that is their actual name) help me out or do the back-up and restore route. Thank you in advance to any who takes the time to attempt to help me.

I am referring to Adobe Flash Player 11 beta for desktop. Download active-x for Windows 64-bit – for Internet Explorer only(EXE, 7.8 MB) This is what I installed because I thought that Adobe Flash wasn't working because I was trying to run a 32bit on a 64bit. Sorry for the vagueness. Hope this will clear it up. I am at my wits end! Trying to watch videos for school has become a 30minute project for a video that should only be 10 minutes or so, slight exaggeration but not by much . Thank-you for your time.

Well after more web surfing and checking system requirements ect I found that 11 beta needs  2.55 GHz CPU and my laptop is only a 2.53. Anyway long story short I uninstalled 11 beta, restarted, checked to make sure it was uninstalled, downloaded 10.3.181.34 Adobe Flash PLayer, restarted, and checked to see if it was installed. According to Adobe all is well but when I try to watch anything using the Adobe Flash Player it continues to play for about 30 second to a minute then has to stop and load, plays, stop reload, ect. I have reset my internet setting twice in the past few days. Please help! I really can't afford to contact Adobe phone support at this time, I have already had a couple hundred dollars worth of unexpected problems occur this month and.....

I think you need to post on this forum: http://forums.adobe.com/community/webplayers/flash_player - they should be able to help you.
