IP Multicast TTL

Where is the TTL value for IP multicast datagrams set by FMS 4.5? We are experiencing a situation where IP multicast streams don't seem to work after traversing 5 hops on the LAN  even though all are enabled for multicast. The network guys are wondering if TTL is the culprit. We are not using source-specific multicast. Note - I'm not referring to SWF TTL.

For ipv4 ttl value is 64. It cannot be configured via configs etc. TTL value can be observed using any packet sniffer like wireshark, please validate for each hop it should get reduce by one.
