Is FMS 3.5 can provide 2 service (VOD & Live ) ?

I read FME white book already but I'm not sure some information.
- FMS 3.5 Can provide 2 service (VOD & Live) ?
- FMS 3.5 can not add or edit other application to server ? And FMIS can do it ?.
- FMS 3.5 can not use video record function from client to server ? And FMIS can do it?
- FMS 3.5 can not use share object funtion? And FMIS can do it?

    FMS3.5 is the general term.
    There are two licenses which are interactive and streaming.

    You mean FMS can stream (VOD&LIVE) only.
    If I need to customize (add or edit) application I must use FMIS or not.
    Because I need to use share object function and need to add more application.
    Please suggest me about licenses for that function.

    For creating custom applications and using shared objects you would need FMIS license.
