Adjusting of these values when you issue play or when your are playing do not make much sense to me and as far I know that is not supported. To the most you can choose to switch between streams of varying bit rate as per your bandwidth needs - and in turn the stream of different bit rate would ideally have different settings of FPS,video size and inherently quality.

Hi SE_0208, I need to adjust the settings when play because it can be played on multiple platforms: pc and handphone in my case.

Hope this explains why I need to set FPS,bitrate, video size and quality when play.

Yes I agree with you that but as of now there are no API's on NetStream class which would be allow you to do it. But ideally publisher should be able to take care of it. Its like if i know my audience would be so widespread and span across devices like handphone and pc - i can publish say 3 different streams which are targeted to different devices and have my client use Dynamic Streaming Feature to switch to correct stream - basically say handphone would have limited bandwidth and hence migth play low-bit rate stream which would have low FPS and smaller video size.
