Is possible to find stream is available or not in fms?

Hi,

I have created one video conference in flash cs4 using FMS.

I have facing one problem.Some people do not have web cam.i need to identify that person.

I have one idea who are all not streaming their video in fms .that person do not have web cam or some problem in their webcam

So i need to find stream is available  or not in fms for that person

It is possible to find stream available or not?

    I am not sure if I get your query right . Is it that you want to know whether particular stream published from some client is sending some data or not .

    My Question is how i find  whether particular stream published from some client is sending some data or not ?
