Issues with FMS streaming MP4 files - need consulting or expert help!

Hello everyone,

Our company is running a complex multimedia streaming solution based on Adobe FMS 4.5 and FMS 5. We are powering web presence for more than 100 web sites in 50+ different languages, with millions of page views per day.

We are experiencing problems with choppy playback of video.

Our developers have been working on it for a long time, they experimented with server settings, our network, file system etc, but we have not been able to identify the problem.

At this moment, we are interested in consulting with Adobe (or an expert recommended by Adobe) regarding the possible solution to this problem.

Given that we are in the media business, this problem is top priority for us as it affects millions of viewers.
