libcap not found debian

this is error when i can install in Debian 64 - weezy

root@sd-48846:/home/thepageant/commun/AMS_5_0_6_r6102# ./installAMS

ERROR: A required package, libcap, was not found on your Linux x86_64 Debian.

       Please install required package and run Adobe Media Server installer again.

I have install all package libcap.

    Hi,

    Welcome to adobe forums.

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you however, Debian is not tested with any version of adobe media server. Please check the minimum system requirement and use media server only on supported operating system i.e windows 2008 server and centOS.: http://www.adobe.com/products/adobe-media-server-standard/tech-specs.html
