License Key problem

Hello there,

I have installed FMS 4.5 (with a valid license key) on a VM and unfortunately the VM image is corrupted.

I've installed FMS on another VM, when i try to apply the same key, it says the key is invalid.

Is there any way i can retrieve the old valid key?

If you are entering the same key - i dont think it should throw the error. How are you trying to enter the key?
