Licensing Information based?

Due to the high processing we are looking at running AMG on a seperate box from AMIS/AMES.

What are the licensing restrictions in doing so? i.e. in the enterprise version there are 25 sip legs available is that restriction on the AMS side or the AMG side?  So if we buy multiple licenses can we stack them up against a single AMS server? and have say 50 sip legs going to it from 2 servers running AMG w/ the 25 leg restriction on each AMG box?
