Live Streaming Using FMS3

Hi,
I have installed FMS3 on RHEL4 and installed it successfully.I tested all the VOD samples and all are playing fine without any issues.Now i want to use the FMS for LIVE streaming from camera connected to server..how to go about it..

download Flash Media Encoder , connect to fms with rtmp://localhost/live ,
capture and publish you stream to fms with a name.
play it as you play a flv from fms.

What's the address that I am supose to put in the player for the Clients to connect from outside?
