Live web streaming to support 10,000 users

Trying to find out how many servers I would need to support live web streaming for 10,000 users. I am not seeing any numbers on concurrent users support per server, not sure how one buils a service without some of these stats.

    The reason you probably don't see numbers is because the answer depends on many different things.  Is it mp3, mp4, flv?  What is the bit rate?  What is the network capable of? What is your cpu? How much memory do you have?

    Really what it comes down to is that you are going to have to try it out with one server and extrapolate that information to N users.
