livepkgr - allowedSWFdomains and SWF verification, FMS interactive 4.5.1

Hi, a couple of questions, someone please answer:

1. Will allowedSWFdomains.txt work if i put it in livepkrg application ?

2. Will SWF verification work in livepkgr application - and if yes - will it affect http iOS (HLS) streaming?
(if i enable it in livepkgr/Application.xml and put the swf's in a new created folder livepkgr/SWFs)

Hi,

I have been looking for this - just upgarded from server 3.5 to 4.5 -

allowedSWFdomains.txt and alloweddomains

.txt files worked fine for authentication but there are no files in livepkrg folder

Can we make .txt files like before and place them in /livepkgr folder and it'll work?

Looks like you've been experimenting on this, let me know if you have an luck

Like i said, allowedSWFdomains and SWF verification (add livepkgr/SWFs folder with swfs in it, add SWF verification settings to livepkgr/Application.xml, reload app, same workflow as for the live app) seem to be working just fine under livepkgr (only for rtmp to flash player streaming of course), you can copy the txt files from the default live app.

tested and looks like this:

2. yes and - it does not affect the hls...

Still looking for a additional explanation or documentation on this - protecting rtmp stream from an livepkgr app - no existing documentation found...
