livepkgr not a valid signed application

We just updated our Flash media server's Apache server to the latest patch.

After the update the HLS encoding from FMLE 3.2 are all failing to connect to the server the resulting error

The FMS URL and Stream text have not changed in the encoders.

The AMS is showing the following error:

Wed 03:53:31 PM: (_defaultRoot_, _defaultVHost_) : Application (livepkgr) is not a valid signed application; loading access denied.

Wed 03:53:31 PM: (_defaultRoot_, _defaultVHost_) : Application (livepkgr/_definst_) is not a valid signed application; loading access denied.

Wed 03:53:31 PM: Connection rejected by server. Reason : [ Server.Reject ] : (_defaultRoot_, _defaultVHost_) : Application (livepkgr/_definst_) is not a valid signed application; loading access denied.

Help - any ideas where to look or what to adjust?
