M$ LifeCam VX-5000 webcam won't interface with Flash

I've tried on TinyChat but Flash won't recognize it except as a microphone. I've tried at BlogTV, the webcam shows up in Flash Settings but there's no video output. Webcam does work in it's own LifeCam software & supposedly with Windows Messenger software (hasn't been tested on Messenger). I've installed the Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder 3.2 and that seems to be working but BlogTV still won't respond.

I was able to get video in BlogTV, but no sound on recorded BlogTV shows, (without the LifeCam software turned on or the Adobe FMLE 3.2 started).

Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder 3.2 by itself outputs files in .f4v format which is impossible to use for local recording and playback, and the FME.XML file from BlogTV for the HQ setting for BlogTV is kinda pointless.

OK, I got sound with BlogTV by going into Adjust Audio Properties on my Windows taskbar by the clock, selecting the Audio Tab and changing the Sound Recording Device to my LifeCam. Then I "Open Volume Control" with a right click back near the clock, go to Options, select my LifeCam as a mixer device, make sure Recording is selected and Captured is checked then click OK, and turn the input all the way up ( or I could have adjusted the volume from the Audio tab by clicking on the Volume button). On BlogTV playback I had to crank the volume all the way on the BlogTV player and also in my mixer properties for Wave and Master Volumes. I guess I don't speak very loud for 2 feet away from the mic.

    Still nowhere with TinyChat.
