Media server license ?

I just wonder if the price for the media server a one time shot or not?  Since I've heard that before it was licensing by section or by time.  Is it true?

    It's a one-time licensing fee.

    All editions of the server have unlimited bandwidth. Flash Media Streaming Server and Flash Media Interactive Server have unlimited connections. Flash Media Developer Server has a 10 simultaneous connection limit.

    thx for your reply.  How about servers?  I can only install it in one server?  If the server cannot handle the traffic, do I have to purchase another license?
