Media Server Professional 5 and MPEG4

As I understand it, older versions of Media Server would only stream FLV video files. The college I am at now has Media Server Professional 5. Will I be able to upload MPEG 4 video files without having to convert them to flash video (FLV) format in order that they can be streamed from the server?
